The next god of the New Sun is Shaw. Shaw is a god that kind of fills a big void for me that’s often missing when you look at the brief lists of gods that often appear in the Player’s Handbook. He’s there not so much to pick one side or the other, but for the contest.
Too often the gods that we’re presented with when we play Dungeons & Dragons come across with rather clearly defined goals. With Shaw we have a god that doesn’t really give a shit about the outcome, but who is deeply concerned with the contest itself. This makes him versatile in a way that few other gods can be.
I hope that you all can make good use of him because I love the silly bastard.
